There’s been an awful lot of hype about Atlantic Records’ signee Mullally. Describing himself as "edgy zesty neo soul" the Norwich talent has given himself a lot to live up to in fourth single ‘She Don’t Know Me’. Whilst the track is perhaps on the poppier side of soul, it lets his gravelly vocal shine through, punctuated by some sharp synth stabs and slick production. No stranger to the hype, Mullally was crowned Best Unsigned Male Solo at the MOBO awards last year, and is rumoured to be in the studio with Jason Boyd and Ty Dolla $ign. We’re looking forward to hearing what he’s got up his sleeve next. -HM
